I did my first vanguard shift yesterday, and before hand was slightly
anxious as to what to expect. I wound up pinging a couple of people
asking them what their shifts were like. It got me thinking, it might be
worthwile for people to send out a quick note about what, if anything,
happened during their shift. I'm usually not a big fan of
yet-another-email type stuff, but I thought this might be handy at least
while we are bootstrapping this stuff. It might also help us start to
build up some metrics for what we spend time.
