Rick Spencer has reminded me that these are due today. I realise a
week's deadline on the back of the Client Sprint, when we're working
with a brand new and large project is not entirely reasonable.
Therefore, I've just created a generic discussion blueprint for the CI
Airline work:

https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/core-1311-ci-airline

If you have other things you feel need discussion, please make sure
they're registered by today and their title starts with 'core-1311-'
so they get correctly scheduled.
