It was brought to my attention that we are occasionally dropping requests of the vanguard as we get overloaded or switch vanguards.
I'd therefore like to propose the following workflow: 1. Someone asks the vanguard for help. 2. Since the vanguard is already helping someone with a task, they jot down a super quick note in http://goo.gl/zSO6I0 . 3. They then cross things off or remove them from the document as they process their way through it. Treat it like a FIFO queue. 4. When the next vanguard comes in, they start with any outstanding items in the document. This way you don't have to keep the backlog in your brain or on a piece of paper that you have to remember to type out to the next vanguard.
