Updated and created vanguard tasks (so we keep track) to document:
- how jobs should be deployed from q-jenkins to q-jenkins (I mean, the
landing guys do that from their desktop but if *we* need to do it,
it's probably more practical to do so from q-jenkins itself),
- what credentials are required for what features (seen your comment
there but we still don't know how they are used ;)
