Is the tag only applied to the bugs that are reported against ci-engingineering
or do we tag those bugs that we report against any other components as well?
We used to tag qa-daily-testing qa-manual-testing etc for the bugs that were
reported by QA and is there any equivalent of those tags that we need to
consider or are we OK continueing with qa* tags?
