For the benefit of those of you still on holiday, we agreed to bring back one standup a week, on Mondays.
This will be to cover all team activities. To compensate for the breadth of material we'll have to go over, we'll focus the component-by-component discussion of the Airline on a brief couple-sentence introduction of what's been accomplished since the last meeting, then any questions arising from the full summaries in the CI Standup Notes document. We've also agreed to pare down the three times a week meetings of each component team. You should have at least one or two of those a week, but the frequency beyond that is up to your component team. As before, in all cases come prepared to any meeting with bullet points. I'm not a fan of meetings for the sake of meetings (as I'm sure you're not), but communication in a distributed project is crucial, so lets make them focused and concise.
