Hi All, Over the past week we have been having problems with the compute nodes in lcy02 (Zone LCY02 in Canonistack) due to qemu components. Such components were upgraded but we are still facing problems. We will therefore have to take lcy02 into maintenance to fix the upgrade to qemu, and boot into a new kernel. Proposed time for the maintenance is Wednesday, Feb 5th 12:00 UTC, lasting for 120 minutes. Please ensure that all instances are shutdown by this time. Instances that are not off will be shutdown by the administrator. As long as your software works with persistent file system data in mind, shutdown of the instances should not cause any data loss, just temporary shutdown. If you have any urgent workload that musn't be shutdown please communicate with [email protected] or #canonical-support on IRC as soon as possible.
