I dug through the daily-release jobs on q-jenkins and did find this node referenced in the raring daily release autopilot job [1]. It was used by the trusty version until it was disabled [2] due to [3]. Raring is of course EOL and the daily-release process no longer applies to trusty (replaced by ci-train). AFIACT, this node is not used for any current testing and can be shutdown for now.
The autopilot-trusty-setup-otto job which runs is meant to update the host on a regular basis to be then consumed by the daily-release jobs. There are a different set of machines and job [4] for running the saucy daily-release autopilot testing.
