The q-jenkins and s-jenkins services are currently down due to a hardware issue. This impacts all jobs that run on these systems including the daily smoke tests and the per project -ci jobs. IS is working on restoring the hardware, but there is no ETA yet on when services will be restored. We will follow up when more information is available.
