The CI tools are not meant to be a replacement for the more general
purpose, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Testing, as they're not designed to
fill all testing needs and only work with a set of known apps. There is an
expectation (but no timeline) that the CI testing will converge on dep8
testing and eventually all testing currently performed by
lp:ubuntu-test-cases/touch will be done with adt-run as described in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Testing#Running_tests_with_autopkgtest.
