I've also edited https://docs.google.com/document/d/1R7FRZbfx_5YHFeZUD93HgT8RW4OCbbK4blOulB4D6EE/edit# to keep the pricing consistent across both. My preference is to have only one location for the pricing information, off of the support page, and link to it from the kubernetes/managed page.
