Since the update of NVIDIA from 510.60.02 to 510.73.05 we have issues with the boot of these HP ZBook Fury 15 G7 with NVIDIA Quadro T2000 notebooks/workstations. We are generally using Ubuntu kernel 5.13 (20.04.4 LTS) but about half the starts hang at the point when the GNOME desktop is going to start. With 510.60.02 we haven't had these issues.
