The information for that specific laptop indicates that a custom Ubuntu images is required. I was unable to find a reference to any custom Ubuntu images for any HP system, including using the HP site in two other regions outside the United States. Is there any information available about where to find this custom image? In the meantime, I installed Ubuntu 23.10 Desktop and everything works on the laptop. Wifi, Bluetooth, backlit keyboard, suspend, etc...
