This re-spin updates only one DKMS driver (IPU6) and reverts changes to
modinfo which bring things in line with previous HWE and the GA kernel.
Also picking up an arm64 specific change to improve long boot command-
line arguments. There should be no change to cert results being
collected with the previous kernel.
