New question #819047 on Ubuntu-Certification: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-certification/+question/819047
Post Bios Option to Reset to Factory settings, OS seems wiped or crashed and unable to recover at all. It reboots with no HTTP Boot Error : Could not detect network connection. and Bios menu now shows only two options a) bootmenu b) app menu boot menu contains 3 options a) NVMe0 : Samsung XXXX ( SSD ) but nothing happens upon clicking on this b) PXE boot c) Lenovo Cloud XXX ... . option b & c are irrelvant as no network connection is getting detected. all checks are getting passed from hardware checks and UEFI checks under app menu. It looks like case to reinstall OS from recovery partition but unable to find any option to do that.. ( assuming ubuntu recovery partition comes along with thinkpad laptops being ubuntu certified) -- You received this question notification because your team Canonical Hardware Certification is an answer contact for Ubuntu-Certification. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~canonical-hw-cert Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~canonical-hw-cert More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
