I did inspect the RT results. What I saw where failures which happened
after the actual tests completed (most successfully, and the failures I
saw matched the flaky tests). To me this appears to be more fallout from
moving the test infrastructure than real regressions and since the
parent kernel has been evaluated as good I will override the results for
RT.
