Thanks this makes more sense, here is the info I have taken from it (see the top four devices):
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10CJa3go_7NsyBERdKGLWYdXkFUhux1BR2FFHPVelhec/edit#gid=0 It seems the first three were certified for older releases and have had their certs revoked, so it seems reasonable that these are returned/recycled etc. However the Precision seems to still be Certified with focal and therefore we try and replace it.
