Hi @Jonathan, Thanks for the suggestion. Indeed, it'll be great if we could build it with snapcraft 7.x without a workaround. I've tried to modify the `plugin:` to `dump` and use the `override-build: |` you provided and try to build with snapcraft 7.x locally in LXD jammy. But unfortunately, I ran into many permission issues and couldn't make the build work. As per talk with Vic, we may need helps from ~starcraft or Cert team.
