Hi,

I have no problem there being commercial/partner software in the Ubuntu 
software 
center. My complaint is with this specific item. There is no indication this is 
trial software which must be purchased after 30 days. 

You can't tell its a trial until you download/install it.

If you don't want this, you have to disable partner software in 
software center -> Modify -> software sources -> other software
