One thing I learned experimenting..

If I am on a Ubuntu x64 bit pc and using my browser to connect to a 32 bit web
server and it offers me the flash player
the Flash Player User Settings menu DOES allow me to click on it.

If however I use my browser to connect to a x64 bit web server and it
offers me the Flash Player, the Flash Player User Settings menu does NOT
let me click on any menu options.
