hi, as for me, when i did a dist-upgrade, first (using the erroneous package) skype-bin got upgraded but the skype package got removed after that (while waitning for the fix) i removed even skype-bin just to be sure (so i had no skype at all), then, after the fix has been relesed/applied, i did an 'apt-get install skype' and it installed whitout any problems (no libqtwebkit4 problem at my end -- i'm on a 32 bit system btw)
