Gunnar, we already have the latest version of the skype binary included
in raring. Short of someone identifying and fixing a regression in
QtWebkit, the only way to fix this is if Skype upstream provides a new
build.
Also, please note that this bug report was filed against an old version
of skype in 12.04, and is thus unrelated to the recent crashes. Please
use bug #1155327 instead, which has been filed for this exact problem.
