If using the Pepper Flash plugin from e.g. adobe-flashplugin through the PPAPI/NPAPI wrapper from browser-plugin-freshplayer-pepperflash in a Mozilla-based browser: hardware accelerated decoding is disabled by default, you can switch it on in ~/.config/freshwrapper.conf (enable_hwdec = 1, enable_vaapi = 1, enable_vdpau = 1).
