Issue found with the following openstack instances:
* B-4.15 PPC
* F-lowlatency-hwe-5.15 openstack ARM64
Test will timeout with the current 15 min timeout.
This is not a regression, as we didn't run the full set on openstack for
these kernels.
Experiment shows it took:
* 15m56s on B-4.15 openstack PPC
* 18m36s on F-lowlatency-hwe-5.15 openstack ARM64
