Hi Roxana, thanks for reporting this, it will be great to include at
least the kernel version. So people can look up in the history more
easily.
I believe this is for 5.4.0-1109-aws-fips
And I can see this from dmesg before it crashes:

So this is probably a duplicate with bug 2029917
The system will be rebooted after that. And experiment shows the fail
rate is 4 out of 5 attempts.
