The remotes for lxd-armhf17 and lxd-armhf18 were never added to the
autopkgtest-lxd-worker unit as it was not able to connect to port 8443 on those
instances despite the service working on those instances. Regardless the queues
are progressing nicely so I've blown those two instances away.
