Jake,

You said that you get a "Permission denied" error. Can you paste the error? "Permission denied" sounds more like a filesystem error than an authentication error.

Hey Jamis.

I have password authentication for SSH on the repo box.

When I login as my deployment user and do a check out I get 2 password
prompts. I am assuming one is for SSH and one is for SVN. Same
username and pass for everthing though.

Jake,

Is password or keyboard-interactive authentication enabled on the
server hosting your svn repo? Do you get a password prompt when you
log in as your deployment user and do a checkout?

Hey All,

I am having some troubles getting access to an svn+ssh repo when
deploying.

If i login as my deployment user and do a checkout everthing works.

However when doing a cap deploy, I get the prompt to enter a pass for
[EMAIL PROTECTED] , but then it fails with Permission denied.

Tailing the logs on the repo box indicates that SSH connection is
never established at all.

SSH is at /usr/bin/ssh

svn is at /usr/bin/svn

Is there anything else that I need permission for that would be
preventing this?

Thanks,

Jake
