Hi,

The local subversion is not a plugin, as Jamis is redesigning cap to
handle this issue a different way..

However as I have some time on my hands I'll see if I can add rsync to
the method to deploy instead of gzip/tar/put.

The code itself is currently downloadable from the files section of
this group.
