Extension to patch. This implements :best_efforts for tasks such that ConnectionError also reports a host list and doesn't raise immediately on host failure if best_efforts is set for a task.
I've added some unit tests for it. I've done some light testing in use as well, although I've not hammered it fully. Any questions/comments about the implementation welcome.
