Thanks for the info. I swear I did a search for "spin" on the site! I have the script written but now its saying no permission to run the spin script. Capistrano should be running as root but I think the problem is it needs to chmod +x script/spin first.
I'm developing on a Windows box but server is Linux. I don't think SVN maintains file permissions anyways. Any suggestions?
