How would I configure Capistrano 2.1 to NOT run migrations when I do a deploy:cold
This is for building Mephisto with Capistrano. I need to run rake db:bootstrap instead during or after the deploy:cold and before / instead of migration... (At least this is what I've concluded from stumbling around attempting to do this!) Or better yet, if anyone has a nice capistrano 2.1 recipe for deploying Mephisto to a Fedora/Apache/Mongrel target.... Thanks!
