When I do cap deploy:start I get tmp/pids/dispatch.4076.pid.

cap deploy:restart works.

But cap deploy:stop brings

    command finished
$

It's looking for dispatch.spawner.pid, but AFAICS it should be looking
for dispatch.[0-9]*.pid instead.
