Though this is not a direct answer to your question it might help you anyways. Right now the server you deploy to tries to access your repository. And for some reason it fails. I have grown quite fond of another deployment strategy, "local checkout, remote cache". A plugin for cap 2.1 which does this can be found at:
http://trac.extendviget.com/lab/wiki/CapistranoRsyncWithRemoteCache Then you won't have to worry about svn on the server you're deploying to as your code will simply be rsync'ed from your local machine onto the server.
