OK... So I got Cap 1.4.1 installed, and ran the command ( I know this
is super old, I hope you're still around Jamis.. we were going live
and I had my business partner do the deploys... but getting him to
deploy 12 times an hour is getting old :P ).
So when I run the cap _1.4.1_ cold_deploy I seem to get the same
error...

So.... I tried to re-isntall mongrel and friends, and I get this
error...

Obviously this is related to mongrel_cluster/recipes, which I'll admit
I have no clue what it is.
I've read all kinds of information, and I'm just not getting it...
any help would be much appritiated.
