It was for one of the early cap2 proof-of-concept implementations. It inherited from the Subversion SCM, and as a result required some changes to the Subversion SCM that didn't really fit with my vision for it. I know I emailed you with my concerns, but I don't recall if there was ever an actual dialog about it. One way or another, the SVK module was not included with the cap2 release. If you want to dust that off and revisit it, that could be a good starting point.
