I think this is a great idea, I've been meaning to do this myself as part of
EC2 on Rails ( http://ec2onrails.rubyforge.org/ ), but something general is
better (and less work for me! :-). Where can we find it?
How does it cause the target server to download and unpack the tgz file? I
assume it depends on some S3 command existing on the server, and triggers
that via a capistrano "run" statement?
