I just upgraded from 2.0 to 2.4 (and then I tried 2.2 but had the same
result).

I am not using sudo. (All the mailing list threads talk about the sudo
password).

I have an ssh key on from my local machine to all of my servers. But I
do not have one on any of those servers to the svn server.

Until I upgraded to 2.4, when svn needed the password, I was shown the
password prompt, I entered my password and everything worked. Since
upgrading my password is not asked for and the deploy simply fails
with an svn permissions failure. I'm not sure what changed and how to
get the password prompt back.

Thanks for any help.
