[Capistrano] Can I change the cp options for cap ?

Hi all ~
When I do cap deploy , it takes quite a long time . For the cap use"
cp -RPp " , and if I want the cap to use " cp -alRPp" options , how to
configure ? Thanks in advance ! Any info would be greatly appreciated !
