In my opinion capistrano is for deploy our application, to 
install/configure servers I think it's better tools as chef, puppet, 
sprinkle(I didn't know this one)... as said Aníbal.

Anyway, I believe that in archive you can find something about prompt. 
If I find something I will wrote you later, I'm in a rush, sorry.
