only posting it to the list to see if we can get some feedback.. I
don't
like the idea of having to specify gem dependencies in two places, maybe
there's a wider issue here that we should parse the config.gem entries from
the application's environment files and use those to specify dependencies, I
really don't know - that might be the direction I take this feature.
