again, some of you say that you dont use the reaper script. I don´t,
too. But you have to explizitly overwrite the task to stop passanger
to use it. It´s not "if you dont use reaper style scripts" -> you have
no problem, it´s the oposite. And its a really hard thing for a new
capistrano user what I am, to find this "bug" and to overwrite the old
calls for the deprecated reaper scripts.

So "I don´t use the reaper script anyway" is not a relativition of the
problem.
