I didn't know you had to have a svn client that was CLI, totally thought TortiseSVN was enough. Thanks for the hint, after a bit more searching I was able to figure it out. I still get errors on deploy:start, but I think that's because I'm using passenger and :start, :restart don't apply to passenger am I correct in my thinking?
