Marcelo, Happy that I helped, it's really a tricky point - and even getting straight answers from the #Bash and #OpenSSH experts is tricky because they can't always be clear about the environment, etc.
You can use the tips here (via RVM) http://rvm.beginrescueend.com/integration/capistrano/ to set a :default_environment. Whilst you can prefix this stuff manually on Run() calls - better to use what we're included.
