Hi Lee, thanks for your reply. Yes I double checked what it was asking for and it is the ssh password. I set up also scm_username and scm_password and checking out the code don't ask credentials. Ssh passwords are the same as the only way to enter on those servers is through a vpn connection. About SSH keys I'll test them for sure, but I want to understand why Capistrano is not working as expected...
