Looks like your socket paths match up listen "/tmp/unicorn.blog.sock", :backlog => 64 listen 8080, :tcp_nopush => true
You don't need the 8080 listener though it doesn't hurt anything. Do you have rvm installed on the server? If you do you have to sort that out first.
