Versions:

   - Ruby : 2
   - Capistrano: 3
   - Rake / Rails / etc.:  rails 4

I'm transitioning to cap 3 from an existing cap 2 file.
I used to set up runit like this:

after "deploy:setup", "delayed_job:configure_runit"

namespace :delayed_job do

  desc "configure a runit job in /etc/service for delayed_job"
  task :configure_runit, :roles => :app do

      ... <runit configure stuff>

  end

i tried after :setup, "delayed_job:configure_runit"
in the deploy block - but cap 3 doesn't know setup.

How is one supposed to do this now?

Is this sort of thing out of scope for cap 3 now?

Brad
