Following the installation page, after create the Visual Studio solution, 
there is only win32 build configuraion. 
After adding a new x64 build configuration, changing target machine to x64 
for every project and minor changes on output/dependency directories, 
finally I built x64 libraries and successfully installed pycapnp in Python 
3.6.4 x64 in windows.
The examples addressbook, calculator and thread all run well.

Is it possible to add x64 build configuration in next windows build?
