Following the installation page, after create the Visual Studio solution, there is only win32 build configuraion. After adding a new x64 build configuration, changing target machine to x64 for every project and minor changes on output/dependency directories, finally I built x64 libraries and successfully installed pycapnp in Python 3.6.4 x64 in windows. The examples addressbook, calculator and thread all run well.
