The best approach I have found is to kill off the java process, and
replace the input file ... this gives VIX a bit of a breather so it
doesn't crash. We usually divided our lists into groups of say 10,000 of
something and created a script which checked the progress of the current
list and if it was finished move it onto the next. If you are however
not doing a large amount of urls output them to the end of the input
file and it should work fine.
