hey lance. can you describe what happens when you run the capture
server on the mac?
I think due to the lack of vix API, you won't be able to run the
system in an automated way. however, you should be able to run the
capture server and client manually on the mac or another non mac guest
os. I suspect that even here the vix code might be getting in your
way...

firing up a second VM image (CentOS) have that be the server and see
