Hi Keith, Maybe I can provide a partial answer:
a. in this case, the download dialog will be displayed, and nothing further is going to happen. To make the "open"/"run" command run, use a tool like "ClickOff" which responds to dialogs automatically. b. sure, it's in the config XML file. You should tinker around with it until you get the results you expect. Keep in mind that this setting is global, and not per-URL, so maybe this isn't what you wanted. c. don't know Regards, Moshe
